Where can I find the serial number for my NP Innovation product?A machine plate with the serial number is mounted on the side of your machine. See the figure below for reference.

What screen size should I use in fish farming?The normal size for a RAS system is 60 microns. Other sizes are available on request. Please contact your sales representative to discuss your requirements.

Do you ship to my country?We ship worldwide and no project is too big or too small. The only exceptions are countries on the EU sanctions list.

What is the delivery time for your products?Most of our standard spare parts are held in stock. Depending on quantity and shipping distance, delivery time is usually within 1-6 weeks. We also offer a wide range of delivery solutions - for example next day delivery within the EU by air freight. For individual standard Drumfilters, Discfilters and Degassers we normally have a lead time of 12-14 weeks. However, larger volumes of our products are normally delivered on a project specific basis. What is the mesh size range of the NP Discfilter?The NP Discfilter offers customizable filter openings ranging from 10 to 150 micron. Other size openings are available on request.

How does the moving backwash of the Discfilter work?The moving backwash utilizes an oscillating backwash spray header that effectively removes accumulated solids from the filter cloth, reduces water consumption, enhancing its lifespan and reducing maintenance needs.
